1. Agreement & Binding Effect

By accessing or using the Beauty Referral Network ("Platform," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Beauty Referral Network. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Membership & Referral Programs

3.1 Tiers & Commissions

Our Platform offers various membership levels with specific benefits and obligations. Members participating in the referral program must comply with all applicable laws, represent the Platform accurately, and avoid deceptive practices. Commission eligibility and payment are subject to verification and minimum payout thresholds.

4. Professional Conduct & Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Infringing Intellectual Property
• Harassing or Harming Users
• Using Bots or Scrapers
• Engaging in Pyramid Schemes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All text, logos, and software are owned by Beauty Referral Network. Your Content: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it. We reserve the right to remove any content that is objectionable or violates these Terms.

6. Commercial Terms & Payments

All purchases are subject to availability and payment authorization. While we strive for accuracy in pricing and descriptions, we reserve the right to correct errors. All prices are in the currency indicated and users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Refund policies are incorporated by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Referral Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Referral Network from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution. Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and you waive your right to participate in class-action proceedings.
